This boutique hotel in a university town is located at the center of a large development of buildings oriented around a center plaza designed for people. The vernacular Texas expression of the architecture is part of the town fabric and cultural identity of College Station. The hotel is oriented to capture the views of the town center plaza in the complex and also contributes to the definition of the same.
