Hotel Alessandra Test Study

This conceptual study was a proposal to place a high-rise, downtown, 175 key boutique hotel over an existing retail building.

The footprint of the project was limited and the reception lobby was proposed on a higher level. The architectural expression of the tower was to be identifiable among large office towers in the vicinity. All of the amenity packages of the hotel are proposed at the penthouse level, while the conference center is located on
the lower levels.
