Core Park I is a 6-story spec office building located in the energy corridor of Houston.

It is designed to be the first phase of a master planned development. The project was designed with a combination of curtain wall and precast facades. This combination allows for a cost-effective envelope solution. The massing responds to the position of the building on the master plan.
