CityCentre North is a mixed-use office, multifamily, retail, and public realm complex.

It comprises three buildings: a 280-unit multifamily building and two office buildings. The building siting allows for an enhanced urban experience. Parking garage façade exposure is minimized and relegated to the least important orientation of the site. The main urban space is designed in a north-south orientation to allow for maximum retail and office exposure.

The site planning creates an active environment to complement and reinforce the CityCentre experience. We envisioned a lively urban space with extensive landscaping and water elements. The main urban space will be surrounded by retail on the ground floor of the multifamily and office towers. A drop-off area to the north of the site will serve the two office buildings and allow access to the parking garage.
