The Parker

The Parker, a luxury multifamily residence steps from Memorial Park, caters to the socially active, youthful jetsetter.

The ground floor divides into a business center and leasing lounge on one side with resident amenities on the other. Seven distinct amenity zones are aligned along the building’s street frontage, punctuated by stone and backlit glass columns.

The catwalk-like promenade of spaces includes a café; gaming lounge with a remote-controlled fireplace; pool, poker and foosball tables; and a sunken TV lounge. A language of walnut slatted screening walls provides privacy at key moments of dissimilar programmatic adjacencies.

The consistent palette of wood, stone, and backlit glass ties all areas together, with chandeliers serving as focal points along the way. The contiguous lounge areas foster a lively, urban, bar-like atmosphere.
